About the ON CLINIC ProctoClinic medical facility
ON CLINIC ProctoClinic is a private medical facility specialising in the outpatient treatment of haemorrhoids and anal fissures. We have been operating in the Czech Republic since 1998, when we opened a clinic in the centre of Prague. Since 2002 we have also provided proctological care in the centre of Brno.

Proctology since 1998
For almost three decades we have been dedicated to outpatient proctological care. Our journey began in Prague and gradually expanded to Brno.
1998 – Beginnings in Prague
We open the first proctology clinic in the centre of Prague and focus on the outpatient treatment of haemorrhoids and anal fissures.
2002 – Expansion to Brno
We begin providing proctological care also in the centre of Brno, so that a discreet outpatient procedure is accessible to patients in Moravia as well.
Today – Care in two cities
We operate in both Prague and Brno, and over the course of our operation we have treated more than 33 900 patients – over 24 800 in Prague and more than 9 100 in Brno.

To treat suitable internal haemorrhoids, we use primarily Barron ligation and infrared coagulation. Both methods are performed on an outpatient basis without a hospital stay. The doctor always recommends the specific treatment approach based on the findings of the initial examination.
